Take Me Out to the Ball Game

Now that the rain has blown through, baseball weather is here. The new Gwinnett Baseball stadium will be just down the street from my office on Buford Drive. I pass the site daily and they are really moving some earth. I grew up near Richmond, VA, the current home of the Braves AAA farm team, so it is sort of intriguing to me that they have “followed me” to Gwinnett County. I will try to get some pictures of the progress and post them in the next day or two. Having a professional baseball team is going to make our area even more attractive and should help your property values in the long run.
