Where is the most expensive home in your school district? Part 2

April 25, 2008

Thinking of living a little closer to the city? Collins Hill High School (home of the Eagles!) sports a fine reputation and there are lots of wonderful homes to choose from. Some are quite pricey and the priciest of all right this minute is located at 2292 Brookfield Drive in Lawrenceville on 10 secluded acres. The home was built in 1980 and features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a 4 car garage with a hydraulic lift and weighs in at 3632 square feet. Pay with an 800,000 dollar bill and get $100 back – just like McDonald’s! Seems like a lot of money for not such a huge home, but there is a lot of land and guess what – they stopped making land a while back!

Is North Gwinnett more your style? One of my edu-insider friends tells me that North Gwinnett is the jewel in the Gwinnett School System crown. She is an expert, too, so I imagine that it is. Wonder what we can find up there if money were no object? Bring a big bag of cash and get ready for the good life at 5706 Kennedy Road in Suwanee. For a mere 8.5 million dollars, you and your family can move into this 23000 square foot, 6 bedroom home. Consider that for a minute – the home is 23,000 square feet and has 6 bedrooms. I am guessing that the bedrooms are spacious. It sits on 1.63 acres and has 6 bathrooms and 4 half baths as well as over 8000 square feet of finished space in the basement. Chilly? No worries. We have 7 fireplaces. Warm – not a problem. Take a dip in the pool or the pond – pond would be good for you. (I always loved Caddyshack) If I help you buy this one, I will throw you a pretty nice house warming party.

No matter what your home budget is, I can help you save money. I have a meticulously crafted process designed to determine just “how low can they go.” I have no fear of hurting feelings or embarassing realtors with low offers – I am there to look out for you! Call me today at 770-682-7735 and let’s buy a house!
