Where is the most expensive home in your school district? Part 1

April 25, 2008

There are some properties for sale in our area with hefty asking prices. Are they realistic? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I guess they will be realistic as soon as someone actually buys them! In the Dacula cluster, you can live at 1042 Auburn (HWY 324) Road, on 5 acres of land, in a 5 bedroom 5 1/2 bath, 6019 square foot home built in 1999 for 1.5 million dollars.

Rather live in the Mill Creek cluster? Your kids can go to high school with 4000 of their closest friends! My kids go to Mill Creek and I can say that we have been very happy with the experience. Coming from California we were prepared for the worst – Georgia schools get a bad rep, you know – but everything has been great. If you are looking for upscale digs, you can start packing for your new home in Chateau Elan. 5143 Legends Drive is located on the 6th hole of the private, gated, Legends Golf Course at Chateau Elan. This home sits on 1.2 acres and features 8 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms. Hey – when you gotta go, you gotta go. You could move a family of six into the master bathroom and there are two gourmet kitchens for those days when you are hungry, but too tired to go to the other end of the house. The house is just under 16000 square feet and I will admit, it is drop dead beautiful. A bargain at twice the price, this home is listed for 4.2 million dollars. Call me today to set an appointment to see it.

No matter what your home budget is, I can help you save money. I have a meticulously crafted process designed to determine just “how low can they go.” I have no fear of hurting feelings or embarassing realtors with low offers – I am there to look out for you! Call me today at 770-682-7735 and let’s buy a house!
